Indahnya bila kita tersenyum...
Ayo buat yang jarang senyum, senyumlah...karena ternyata senyum itu indah loh...
Disini saya akan bahas sedikit mengenai senyum, dan manfaatnya buat diri sendiri dan orang lain...

Dengan tersenyum orang lain akan merasa lebih nyaman untuk menyapa dan berbicara dengan kita, mereka akan merasa klo kita sangat bersahabat di bandingkan dengan orang yg selalu merengut, cemberut, mengerutkan kening, dan menyeringai yang tentu aja akan membuat orang-orang disekelilingnya tidak nyaman..
Jadi bila kita sering-sering tersenyum maka dapat dipastikan kita akan memiliki banyak teman

Senyum mengubah perasaan
Pernah merasa marah dan benci sama seseorang atau sama diri sendiri atau anda pernah merasa murung, tak berguna buat orang lain, atau malah ga bersemangat sama sekali???
Pasti pernah kan?? Yupz itu wajar kok secara kita manusia yang punya perasaan, tapi apa perasaan seperti itu harus kita pelihara?? Klo menurut saya sih enggak, perasaan seperti itu cuma akan membuat hidup kita lebih berat dan kita ga akan pernah menghargai hidup kita...
Coba dech untuk tersenyum, senyum adalah obat yang paling mujarab buat mengobati perasaan kayak gitu, karena katanya senyum bisa memperdayai tubuh kita
So klo anda ngerasa lagi sedih atau pun marah coba dech untuk tersenyum...

Senyum menular
Kalian sadar ga klo ternyata senyum itu menular loch, coba dech kamu senyum ke orang lain misalnya temen, saudara, atau ke pacar juga boleh...pasti secara otomatis mereka akan membalas senyum kamu kan??
Makanya rey bilang senyum itu menular...karena dengan tersenyum suasana menjadi lebih ceria dan riang, so orang-orang yang berada disekitar anda pasti akan ikut merasakan efeknya dan mereka pun akan tersenyum lebar...

Senyum menghilangkan stress
Stress bisa keliatan diwajah loch, bener ga ya??? Yupz ternyata bener loh, klo kita lagi stress wajah kita akan lebih tegang, terlihat kaku dan pastinya tidak menyenangkan...
Tapi senyum ternyata bisa menghilangkan efek tak menyenangkan pada wajah akibat stress, ga cuma itu aja ternyata senyum juga bisa menghilangkan mimik sedih, marah, bosen, atau ga bersemangat pada wajah
So klo anda lagi stess coba dech luangkan waktu anda sedkit aja buat tersenyum, dan biarkan senyum mengurangi stress dan membuat pikiran anda lebih jernih...

Senyum menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi
Benar ga ya?? Coba dech kalian test tekanan darah saat lagi tidak tersenyum dan saat anda tersenyum, lalu bandingkan hasilnya...
Tekanan darah anda saat tersenyum pasti lebih rendah...

Senyum membuat awet muda
Hm...kok bisa ya???
Percaya ga percaya ternyata saat kita tersenyum kita sedang melatih dan mengerakkan otot-otot wajah kita loh, so dengan begitu wajah kita akan terbiasa dan terlatih sehingga dengan senyum dapat membuat wajah kita tampak lebih awet muda...
